Vivienne holds an MS (master’s degree in biology and nutrition) a licensed / Certified CDN (Certified Dietitian Nutritionist). She was supplementing her practice as a CHT (Certified hypnotherapist). With 20 years of Nutrition Practices in both Rye, The Bronx, New York, and an Italian restaurant in Connecticut. Currently, she is a college professor, runs nutrition and health groups at a substance abuse rehabilitation center, and maintains her virtual practice. She is passionate about Nutrition, Substance abuse, HIV, and securing food for all. Her first cookbook was released in November of 2020.
